Reflection is a powerful part of healing. Taking time to look back at your progress helps you see how far you’ve come and identify the strengths you’ve developed.

In this lesson, you will learn:

- How to reflect on your healing without self-judgment

- Major themes that often emerge through healing work

- Signs of emotional and spiritual growth

- How to acknowledge and celebrate your progress

Reflection Exercise:

- Write a short summary of your healing journey so far. What has changed?

- List three things you are proud of yourself for.

Lesson 6.2 – Creating a Personal Growth Plan
